How It Works

We work through a clear, transparent, and verifiable process.

Step 1 – Consultancy Agreement

We sign a consultancy agreement that includes full company details, services provided, the consultancy fee, and confidentiality clauses.

Step 2 – Company Verification

Before any payment, the student is free to verify our company through official public records, banks, or Romanian diplomatic missions.

Step 3 – Consultancy Fee

After verification, a fixed consultancy fee of 500 EUR is paid directly to our official company bank account.

Step 4 – Document Submission

The student submits the academic and identification documents required for eligibility assessment and application.

Step 5 – University Matching & Application

We identify suitable accredited Romanian universities and submit the application based on the student’s profile.

Step 6 – Letter of Acceptance to Studies (NON-EU, where applicable)

If the application is successful, the Letter of Acceptance to Studies is issued by the Romanian Ministry of Education, at the request of the university.

This document is mandatory for the study visa process.

Step 7 – Independent Verification & Tuition Payment

After receiving the Letter of Acceptance, the student may verify the documents with the Romanian Embassy or Consulate and confirm the university’s official bank account details with their bank before making any payment.

Tuition fees are paid only after verification, directly to the university’s official bank account.

Step 8 – Study Visa Application

The student applies for the study visa at the Romanian Embassy or Consulate in their country.

Step 9 – Arrival Support (Optional)

Upon arrival in Romania, we can assist with accommodation and provide guidance on legal work options during studies.
